- Prepare 1/2 cup ghee

This halwa is made with basic ingredients and that's the reason mom always made it whenever I asked her (& also because she loved me so much:)). Let it be thick and no need to use oil or ghee while making the dough. Atta ka Halwa, is a delicious sweet dessert. This is easy to make and with few ingredients.
Steps to make Wheat flour Halwa:
- Heat the ghee in a heavy bottom pan & fry almonds & keep aside then add flour to the ghee & start roasting it.Mean while take brown sugar & water in another pan
- The wheat flour should turn golden and give a good aroma plus also begins to release ghee.increase the flame to high for the sugar solution to bubble then immediately add to the hot flour mixture
- Continue to stir with all your hand force that no lumps are formed.wheat flour will absorb water &continue to thicken quickly
- Keep on stirring. So that lumps are not formed. When wheat flour halwa is semi thick then switch off the heat
- PREPARE KATORIin:- in a bowl add all purpose flour salt and mix well add ghee mix well until it crumbles then add water & knead until dough is formed & keep aside for 15 min take a small heat proof bowl or small tart pan fold the dough around the bowl in a wok heat oil for fry katori wrape with dough fry until golden & crisp and serve wheat flour Halwa in katori garnished with almond & savory
