  4. Cook on low-medium flame till moisture reduced.Stir in between.Add sugar and stir ttill carrot is thick It will take 15-20 minutes.
  5. When carrot is thick,add khoya and stir well.
  6. Add dry fruits also.Cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes or till ghee seperates.
  7. Put off flame,add kewra water and garnish with some dry fruits and silver foil(optional)
  8. Serve.
