  1. Carrot halwa:-
  2. Heat a pan with ghee and roast the dry fruits and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a pan with ghee add grated carrots cook for about 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Once the carrot is half cooked pour the milk, condensed milk and grated kova. Mix well and cook till the milk is completely absorbed by carrot.
  5. Add sugar, roasted dry fruits and continue to cook until all moisture is evaporated. Switch off the flame and keep it aside. Let it cool.
  6. Sevai Tarts:-
  7. Heat a pan with ghee on medium flame add sevai. Roast the sevai until change golden brown.
  8. Now add water into roasted sevai and mix it well about a minute. Add condensed milk and mix it well.cook the sevai mixture for another 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame and keep it aside for cool slightly.
  9. Take muffin mold and grease with ghee. Put sevai mixture into the muffins mold and make a tart cup. Now let it cool and refrigerate it for 1 hrs for set it.
  10. After 1 hrs bring out the refrigerator and remove the sevai Tarts from muffin mold.
  11. Now put the carrot halwa into the sevai Tarts and decorate with some chopped pistachio.
