  4. Open the lid & add elaichi powder to it. Give it a mix. Cover the pan & cook for some more time unless ghee starts releasing from the halwa.
  5. Switch off the flame. Pour 2 tbsp of ghee over it and mix everything well again. Then garnish it as per your choice. I have used some cookie-cutters to decorate it & give them some different shapes and added some chopped pistachios over it.
