- First saok moong dal for 3-4 hrs then grind it into a paste without water if you find difficulty add some ghee n grind.
- Now soak the almond also n peel them off roughly grind them, now take a heavy bottom pan add ghee to the pan heat it add dal mixture n continuously stir it until it becomes brown in color
- At this stage add almond mixture and again stir fir 10 min. Now ghee will releases from the halwa
- At this stage add boiling milk to it by spoon stir it again add milk n stir it dal will soak all the milk n ghee will release
- Now add sugar m stir for 5-7 minutes
- Halwa is ready garnish it with elachi powder n pistachios
- Tip : after adding dal to ghee continuously stir it otherwise lumps will form
