  2. Get 1 litr milk

  1. Soak soji in milk for half an hour
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add Elaichi and fry for 1 mint, add sugar and cook until it dissolves completely
  4. Stir continusly, don't burn the sugar
  5. (Note) you can increase or decrease the amount of sugar as per your taste
  6. Now add soji mixture slowly and gradually mix to avoid lumps
  7. Add all mixture and cook on mediun flame untilall milk dissolves
  8. Now cook on low flame and bonify the halwa until oil comes out from cornors. Stir continusly
  9. Add dry nuts and mix
  10. Garnish and serve hot
  11. (step 8 is vety tricky, it requires your effort) so cook well and enjoy yummy halwa
