- Get 1/2 cup Semolina
- Make ready 1/2 cup Jaggery

Instructions to make Jaggery Halwa:
- Finely chop the dry fruits and keep it aside.
- On one hand, boil the milk into the vessel meanwhile
- On the other hand, take a Kadai and heat it for 2 minutes.
- Add gram flour and dry roast it for 2 minutes.
- Add semolina into it and again dry roast it all together for 2 more minutes.
- Once it becomes aromatic add ghee to it.
- No again roast it for another 5mimutes until it changes its color.
- Add boiling milk to it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook it until it separates oil from it.
- Now add jaggery powder and mix it well.
- Turn off the gas and serve it into the plate by garnishing it with some dry fruits.
- Note- adding dry fruits is completely optional
Instructions For Making This Jaggery Halwa. In this halwa, we do not have to cook jaggery, we are just going to melt it. Put it on a flame and continue to stir it. Stir it continuously till jaggery completely melts in water. When the raw smell disappears and absorbs all ghee, turn off the flame.
