The ingredients needed to make Halwa:
- Prepare 1 bowl atta
- Get 1 bowl ghee
- Prepare 4 bowl water
- Get 7_8 almonds chopped
This traditional halwa recipe requires just full-fat milk, ghee and sugar to make the halwa. you do not need khoya or the condensed milk. We prefer to use red carrots to make the halwa as they are tender and juicy. Add milk and bring to a boil.
Instructions to make Halwa:
- Now add water in it (slowly) stir continuously for a minute as you add the water and the water gets absorbed by the flour.
- Add in the sugar and mix. Continue to cook for 3 min.
- Now your yummiest halwa is ready garnish with chopped dry fruits….
