- First wash the carrot and grate it..then take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee roast dry fruits its optional..if you want roast then you can.after it saute remove in a plate.in a same pan cooked grated for a while around 5 min.and cover it.till it become soft.. After 5 min check the halwa..it take
- After 5 min then add condesmilk.and mix it continously.till it become thick in constitency,then add caradom pwder,and dry fruits..mix it well
- When the condesmilk well evaropated in the halwa and it becoming thick.switch off the gas.and serve hot.and garnishing it with some more dry fruits and pistachios.
