- Take pot and 1 teaspoon ghee, add all dry fruits and roast it and take out in plate
- After roasting nuts add all crushed carrots put in pot and add ghee as well, leave for cooking and wait for dry all water,
- When water has dryed add balae and sugar and elachi powder, keeps staring spoon
- After 5 mints check all sugar has malt and crushed carrot has been tenderised add half khoya in dry milk, and keep stairing spoon,
- Add half nuts and dish out in a bowl,,
- Add khoya and nuts for decorating halwa,, and served,
