Instructions to make Carrot halwa:
- Wash carrots in running water.Peel the skin and great them.
- Take the thick bottomed pan.Heat ghee and add carrot and saute till raw smell leaves from it.
- Add milk and stir well. Cover and boil for 20 mins stirring occasionally. Cook until water evaporates completely and carrot is until cooked completely.
- Add sugar and stir well. After cooking for 5mins ghee separates from halwa.
- Heat 1tsp of ghee in a small pan add cashew nuts (broken) and fry till golden. and add into halwa and mix well and serve..
