  1. Add 1/2cup ghee in a kadhai and heat.
  2. Add dry fruits and fry until golden brown, take out when golden.
  3. Add suji and beasn into hot ghee.
  4. Roast until golden, when suji golden add 3cups water, saffron milk, sugar and dry fruits into suji.
  5. Cover the lid for 4-5mins and cook on low Flame.
  6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Turn off the flame.
  8. Yummy Suji halwa is ready.

I have done this recipe a few years ago and now decided to do another version of Sooji Halwa with little twist, turning this into an exotic Halwa beyond your belief. In a pan add water and sugar.
