  2. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Sugar syrup is ready. Strain the syrup and keep aside.
  3. Now, heat a kadai and add ghee. Once the ghee has heated reduce the heat and add suji.
  4. Roast the suji on low heat till it turns golden brown.
  5. Add the sugar syrup mix carefully and cover the kadai.
  6. Keep the heat low, and let the halwa cook for 4-5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes open carefully and add the chopped almonds and cashews. Also add the raisins. cook for 1-2 minutes more. Yummy halwa is ready.
