  4. Through away d warm water,add ice cold water in to bowl,at dis stage give ur cheese a shape then add in to water,be pressing, removing water and keep it's shape for a while then stop
  5. Wrap d cheese with clinq film,put in a fridge over nite.Your cheese it's ready for use.
