- Prepare 1 cup roasted peanuts
- Get 2 tsp ghee
- Make ready 1/4 cup sugar

- Take 2 tbsp milk powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

This peanut and chocolate halva has a slightly salty edge from the peanut butter and a little bitterness from the chocolate which saves it from being blandly sweet like other halvas I have eaten. In a pan dry roast the peanuts and badam for few mins till they turn light brown colour and take them aside.
Instructions to make Peanut Halwa:
- First take roasted peanuts and remove the coating. (If you have raw peanuts then in a pan dry roast them on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.then let cool and remove the coating) put roasted peanuts in a grinding jar and grind it coarsely.
- Now take a pan add ghee heat it on medium flame then add peanut powder roast with ghee on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.when it turns light brown add milk powder, sugar and milk.mix well and stir continuously.cook untill sugar dissolved.it takes 2-3 minutes.
- Now Add desiccated coconut chopped dry fruits and mix.when the mixture leaves the pan turn off the flame.transfer in a plate garnish with some dry fruits and serve.

Heat a pan add water, milk, colour and let it boil.
