  2. Prepare 1 cup ghee
  3. Take 3/4 cup sugar you can take 1 cup also if you need more sweet
  4. Take 2 cups water
  5. Take 1/4 tsp saffron
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp kabuli pistachio soaked & peeled you can take sliced pistachios also 1 tbsp sliced almonds Big pinch of nutmeg & mace powder

  1. Heat ghee in a pan - Put almond paste & roast on medium - heat till it comes in light golden color - Till you roast almond paste; on another gas boil water with sugar & saffron
  2. After roasting almond paste add boiling sugar saffron water - Cook till all water evaporates & ghee separate
  3. Now add pistachios, sliced almonds& nutmeg & mace powder - Switch off the gas - Take in a serving bowl garnish with silver warq & sliced nuts as seen in picture
