- Then add the milk and cook for about 10 minutes or so. The carrot will soften a little by this time and the milk reduced by 80-90%.
- Add the condensed milk and mix again and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Keep the flame low and cook till the ghee starts separating. That means your halwa is ready. Turn off the flame. Serve warm garnished with almond and cashew. Bon Appetit!!!
- Note : *It's a lightly sweetened halwa. If you want you can add sugar or more condensed milk as per your taste. We prefer lightly sweetened halwa.
