- Add sugar and mithai mate to the halwa and chopped nuts also and mix all the things very well

- Tips : addition of milk is not require khoya it tastes exactly like khoya gajar ka halwa.
- Don't add sugar until all the milk absorbed by carrot
- If you have not mithai mate you can also add fresh cream
