Add the wine, pepper and salt, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Slice steak; serve with mushroom sauce. I do not use sour cream.

Instructions to make Mushroom Leek Cream Sauce:
  1. Add some oil in a heated pan. Fry up the mushroom until water evaporates
  2. Add garlic and leeks. Stir fry till fragrant.
  3. Add vegetables stock and simmer down till half the liquid
  4. Add cheese/cream, thymes, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with any carb you fancy!

Slice steak; serve with mushroom sauce. I do not use sour cream. I used a little less chicken broth than the recipe called for. Added a little garlic to the leek/mushroom mix. Pour in cream and heat slowly.
