- Get 1 cup milk

Add mushrooms and saute for another minute or two. Add the remaining water and mix well. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and salt and fry until oil starts to separate from the sides. As your onion-tomato base is ready, add chopped mushroom and capsicum cubes and mix well.
Instructions to make Spicy Masala Mushrooms:
- Chop all vegetables as shown below.
- Add ghee in a pan. Add ginger let it turn slightly brown. Now add green chillies
- Add tomatoes and let tomatoes become soft.
- Now add onions let them turn slightly golden.
- Now add carrots, Capsicum and mushrooms.
- Then add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
- Add malai/ Foodcream. I used malai. Mix and add milk. Mix it, cover it and let it cook on low flame for 15-20 mins.
- Now your dish is ready.
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and salt and fry until oil starts to separate from the sides. As your onion-tomato base is ready, add chopped mushroom and capsicum cubes and mix well. Stir once or twice in between. Add in the cumin coriander powder and cook for another one or two minutes.
