- Sautee wood war mushroom for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup amount of water or dashi stock. Dashi is better.
- Add tofu and sauce. Stir fry around 5 minutes until sauce is thickened and coats the tofu.
- Serve on its own for a low carb meal or with rice or somen noodles.
